WATER

COKE

#1.
   
Coke contains Phosphoric acid which increases acidity in the body. Higher acidity is associated with osteoporosis, tooth decay, and increased cancer risk.

   Some people claim that Coke is no more acidic than lemonade, However, lemon metabolizes to alkaline in the body, phosphoric acid does not
. Lemon is very healing and contains Vitamin C, Coke does not.

A lady that I know personally, who had worked as a teen in the war effort, clearly recalls that Coke was used as a solvent to remove excess lacquer from ammo shells.

 Caffeine is a drug that is harmful to the body and nervous system and highly addictive.  Coke, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, etc., contain 50 mg. per 12-oz. can. Jolt contains 70 mg. per 12-oz. can.  Caffeine addiction creates artificial highs and lows increasing irritability and mood swings.

#5.    A child, drinking a can of Cola, gets the Caffeine equivalent of several cups of coffee in an adult, and in addition he gets the sugar or Aspartame, and the acidic effect of phosphoric acid on his teeth and bones. The sugar content will take away the desire for nutritious foods and leave the body having to draw on its reserves to deal with the toxins. ADD and hyperactivity are often successfully treated but removing all soft drinks and similar foods from a child's diet.




#6.   It takes more water to remove the toxins from one Coke from the body than the body gets in the Coke. This contributes to dehydration and yet the sugar or aspartame, and the Caffeine in Coke create an addiction, causing one to crave, not the water his body needs, but more Coke!


#7.   Spiders given a tiny dose of Caffeine in an experiment, were unable to produce a proper web, even though their activity was heightened. Caffeine makes you more hyper, but decreases the brain's acuity and accuracy.

Coke contains a high amount of sugar, and no corresponding nutrients, vitamins or minerals--that is empty calories. So what about Diet Drinks? Aspartame under any of it's many names is a toxin that at body temperature quickly converts to Methanol; which breaks down into formaldehyde and formic acid in the body, all neurotoxins. Rather than assisting weight loss, aspartame has been shown to trigger metabolic conditions that increase weight, and can cause many serious neurological problems that amazingly disappear when a person stops all intake of Aspartame.


FOR YOUR INFORMATION:

#1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase of osteoporosis.

#2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup! (the concentrate) the commercial trucks must use Hazardous Material place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.

#3. The problems associated with Coke are true for most other so-called soft-drinks also.
